During today’s Manufacturing Processes class, we had the honor of hosting Frank Liang, General Manager of C SUN Industrial Co., Ltd., who delivered a talk titled “AI Western Golden Corridor: The Shining Diamond Chain of Advanced Packaging.”The classroom was packed and several professors from our department, including Prof. Yi-Chung Cheng, Prof. Yun-Hsuan Liao, Prof. Yao-Yang Tsai, and Prof. Chien-Kai Wang, also came to listen.
李典儒老師所教授的大二必修課程《機械製造》，今日有幸邀請志聖工業股份有限公司總經理梁又文先生蒞臨演講，主題為「AI西部黃金廊道：先進封裝的閃耀鑽石鏈」。本次講座吸引大二同學幾乎全數出席，系上老師鄭憶中老師、廖運炫老師、蔡曜陽老師與王建凱老師也特別到場聆聽。
GM Liang shared the incredible journey of his company in the semiconductor industry and their vision for the future. But what really stood out was his message about attitude, being proactive and taking initiative can make all the difference in both school and work life.
Students were super engaged, asking lots of great questions after the talk. Many even stayed behind to chat more with GM Liang! It was an eye-opening session that gave us not only a better understanding of advanced packaging tech but also a fresh perspective on how to approach our own careers. Definitely a talk to remember!
